Training

We were nominated as a finalist for the Best Training Company in the Awards of the Society of Food Hygiene & Technology for 2007.

One of our students achieved top marks in the Level 3 (Food Safety Supervision) examinations of the Royal Institute of Public Health, held in 2007.

We are currently contracted to a major supermarket to run Level 3 and Level 4 courses in food safety, including the Professional Trainer Certificate, throughout the UK.

Nutrition

We are providing nutrition training to Level 2 and Level 3 and advising on healthy eating, in both private and public sector catering.

Meat

We assist local authorities with investigatory work into meat crime and provide expert evidence in prosecution cases.

We are helping several manufacturers of meat products to achieve Local Authority (EC) Approval status.

Expert Witness

We are currently instructed as experts in high profile cases concerning the defence of 'due diligence'.
