Training courses

As a registered training centre, we offer various courses which are presented by EHOs and qualified teachers with extensive commercial experience, using a variety of teaching methods.

We provide both 'in-house' training on your premises and 'open' courses for individuals at our training centre.

Our expert witness work gives us a sound knowledge of the practical application of the law, in terms of legal compliance and good practice, which is incorporated in our training.

Our courses are accredited either by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) or the Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH) and comprise 4 main subject areas:

Food Safety to all levels.

Health & Safety to all levels.

Train the Trainer for those wishing to become trainers or improve training skills, (see Professional Trainer Certificate).

Nutrition for those wishing to learn more about healthy eating in institutional or private catering, (see Award in Healthier Food and Special Diets).
